1.ONLINE ORDER

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can shop at Maryaj.com without creating an account. We actually have two options so you can checkout as either a Guest or a Member. However, by creating an account you would get the following benefits:

 

  • Review your order history,
  • Save your favorite products and organize them into your wishlist,

 

  • Save your address to make it a lot easier to shop in the future.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Go to Login and sign into your ACCOUNT using your email address and password. Click ‘Account Information’ and update, remembering to 'Save Changes'. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

* WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

Please go to Login, and then click on 'Forgot your password'. Enter your registered email id and then get a new password through an email. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

* HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MARYAJ HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

We will send an order acknowledgement email within 24 hours. Please Contact Us with your order details if you do not RECEIVE this email. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.

IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK IS THERE A WAY I CAN BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been shipped. Your order will be processed and a confirmation email sent on shipping. On delivery, if any items are unsuitable and meet the Return Conditions, please follow the instructions in Returning your Purchase.

IS SHOPPING ONLINE WITH MARYAJ SECURE?

Our site features state-of-the-art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the Internet. For full details see our Privacy Statement.

HOW CAN I GET FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE?

You will receive free gift and perfume test tubers only if your order value is 500 AED or above.

2.PAYMENT

WHICH CURRENCY WILL MY PURCHASES BE MADE IN?

Purchases and shipping costs are charged in the nominated CURRENCY of the shipping destination. Please see below:

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At maryaj.com, our preferred payment method is via a secure DEBIT & CREDIT card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard CREDIT cards. Orders completed with CREDIT cards will not be charged any additional fees. 

* WHY WAS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD DECLINED AT CHECKOUT?

If you receive notification that your Credit or Debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:

  • The card details or payment information entered are correct. For instance, your 16 digit code is correct and that you have selected the right card type
  • The 3 or 4 digit security number is correct
  • Your Credit or Debit card has not expired
  • Verify whether you entered your payment information correctly

3.SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Your item will be delivered within 2-3 Working days and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

WHERE DOES MARYAJ DELIVER?

  • Presently, Maryaj online store is only available for purchase and shipment within UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. 
  • We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES and request for a delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UAE

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day and We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. 

*HOW DO I SHIP TO ANOTHER COUNTRY?

We currently ship only for the orders placed within UAE.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • If you have a REGISTERED ACCOUNT with Maryaj, please select Login, sign into your account and click the 'My Order' tab.
  • Once your order has been shipped you can also track it at www.aramex.com using the tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email.

DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately we can only ship your online order to one location. To ship to multiple addresses, a separate order would need to be placed for each address.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except UAE. As of now, we can ship the goods only within UAE.

DOES Maryaj SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES AND OTHER DEFENSE AREAS?

These orders have specific delivery times and restrictions applied. Unfortunately we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

4.RETURN

* HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I'VE ORDERED ONLINE?

  • Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively orders cannot be returned for an exchange in Ajmal Perfumes stores within the country of shipping.
  • Please note that online exclusive products, special offers may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return an online exclusive products, special offers using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the cost of returning the item.
  • Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any other method other than our collection service.
  • Instructions are provided in Returning your Purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
  • Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.
  • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Ajmal Perfumes item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at Ajmal Perfumes reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.
  • Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.
  • On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Sunday to Thursday excluding UAE  public holidays.

  • No Refund for cash on delivery orders.
  • Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.
  • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency EXCHANGE RATES the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

* WHAT IF I’M UNABLE TO PRINT THE RETURN AIR WAY BILL NUMBER?

Please Contact Us and we will arrange for the courier to bring all the relevant documentation on collection of your return.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

  • Yes, unused items can be returned to us within 7 days of RECEIPT for all sale items.

    Please return the goods to us using the free Returning your Purchase process and ensure the Return Conditions are met. Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.

    Please note that an Exclusive and Gift Set items may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return these item(s) using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the COSTS of returning the item.
